I am thrilled you are interested in working with Fika Floristry on a day that signifies so so much in a couples timeline together. Please register your details below to begin the process of designing your vision for the day. I hope you enjoy this process and ultimately get’s you even more excited to marry your love!

Please note we have a minimum spend of $4000 for items going into your wedding set up and $2500 for pick ups from the studio

OUR CLIENT PROCESS

  1. INQUIRY- After submitting the above enquiry you will be redirected to another form of which contains all the beautiful elements that go into a wedding. A place for you to dream, and let me know what kind of event you are envisioning!

    *please note this will take roughly 20-30 mins. I recommend waiting for a nice moment where you can enjoy the process of working through it rather than rushing the experience.

  2. RESPONSE- Once you have completed and submitted your Wedding Enquiry Form, sit tight and enjoy the post dreaming-session excitement with your partner! You will hear back from me within 48 hours of your submission confirming FIKAs availability as well as scheduling a consultation call

  3. CONNECTION CALL- This call is all about getting to know each other and getting clear on the vision. We chat ideas, colours, flowers and so much more. It’s a beautiful opportunity to ask questions or be guided if you have no idea where to begin!

  4. QUOTATION - From here I will go away and curate the design aesthetic and adjust your proposal as necessary with clear, itemised pricing tailored to your event.

  5. CONFIRMATION- If you are ready to lock in Fika as your wedding florist then we require a 10% deposit upon signing our contract….Then its official! You are in our calendar as one of our only 20 weddings per year capacity (limited event numbers to ensure each couple gets the highest quality service)

  6. REST - Once you are locked in, all I need from you is to enjoy the process of being engaged!! I will be in touch again as the event date approaches to reconnect and realign the vision to crystal clarity! You are more than welcome to contact me at any time via email or instagram DMs.
